招聘需求：

1）JAVA研发人员
1 Experienced with GUI development, rich experience at least with J2SE SWING,
and being familiar with popular libs like JGraph & JIDE is a plus, having experi
ence with other GUI dev tech (e.g. IlogViews) is a plus also
2. Experienced with XML, SOAP is a plus
3. J2EE & web experience is a plus
4. Experiences in developing IDE is a plus
2）C/C++网元软件研发
1. Telecommunications or computer science bachelor or higher
2. 2+ years experience for software development
3. Familiar with the C/C++/Java language, also with experience in embedded progr
amming.
4. Knowledge of OOAD and software engineering.
5. Experience of optical network element management is preferred.
6. Good command of English language - written, spoken and reading
7. Good communication skills, team spirit and adaptability
