Sun Microsystems上海分公司财务部credit team招一名实习生，负责collection,VAT invoicing等,一周三到四天，偏向女生和大四或者保研的同学，要求细心，英语\数学\Excel好，财务知识要求不高。

Job Summary

Handle VAT/BT invoicing and collection activities for SH Office.

Job Description:

* Responsible for issuing VAT/BT/Manual Invoice for SH office.
* Send invoice to customer on a timely manner and resolve any invoice related issue.
* Maintain record of generated invoices and provide internal/external customer invoice details upon request.
* Assist in reporting, payment and collection.

Requirements:

* Good communication skills in mandarin.
* Good ability to work independently.
* Familiar with StarOffice/Excel/Words.
* Team player and result oriented person.
* Proficient in both conversational and written English.
* Senior undergraduate, graduate-to-be and graduate with sort of Management/Accounting/Finance background preferred.
