PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Positioning, strategies, plans and tasks
-Actively involve in Government events, high level government officials education programs and etc
-Identify, create and maintain relationship / partnership with Government stakeholders
-Build up #Retainer Network#fo r SAP
-High level Government Lobby (IP Copyright, State Purchase Policy and etc..)
-Ministry of Information Industry (MII)
-State-owned Assets Supervision and Admin Commission (SASAC)
-State Tax Bureau
-State Treasury Bureau
-China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC) / People Bank of China / HUIJIN
-Awareness and advocacy promotion
-Facilitate publication of SAP brands, solutioning on government journals, newsletters and etc.
Industries having heavy reliance on Government Relations
-Approaches to complement the industry sales, especially emerging industries which require high intensity of Government Relations. E.g.: Transportation # Railway, Public Sector, FSI and etc.
-Produce white papers, from Government Relations viewpoints, about its opportunities, feasibility studies, obstacles and etc.
University Alliance Program
-Serve Gameplan #Resource Workstream# KPIs
-Alignment to Ministry Of Education and Universities
-Oversee program activities, in collaboration with UA headcount, in terms of:
-Curriculum
-Teaching resources
-Training assets management
-Job and internship
-Etc..
Corporate Communication
-Milestone reporting, Intellegience, reference studies, benchmarking against best practices in Government Relations with implications to SAP Business

WORK EXPERIENCE
-Minimum 5 years experience in ERP business.
-Remarkable experience in dealing with Government Relations and possession of existing political relationship will be a plus
