EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
-University degree holder with 1- 2 years related professional experience in a multinational organization inclusive of 1 year in HR training function or Post graduate degree holder with at least Internship or Project Experiences with multinational companies
-Good command of English
-MS offices software skills (Excel, PPT)
-Mastery of financial fundamentals is preferred
-High team spirit and service oriented
-Excellent analysis and problem solving skills
-Excellent communication and coordination skills
-Good time management skills
-Eyes for details, Committed, Proactive.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
-Support the Training & Development function with the organization and administration of trainings, and help ensure quality and efficiency of trainings
-Support in various projects for creating an effective T&D Structure for a fast growing dynamic Company
-Be responsible for all T&D data management and reporting
-Support T&D in cost management and systematic financial process management. Work closely with other departments of the offices
-Act as a liaison between T&D department and external suppliers & vendors for all training related preparation, planning and feedback interaction
-Act as a face as T&D department and provide services to line mgrs, employees and other HR colleagues
