Job Title: Employee Relations Manager
Report to: HRM
Main responsibilities: He/she will communicate with our divisions if they have any questions on the labor law, more in view of the publishing of the new Labor Contract Law, he/she will help the HR Director to provide correct information to the divisions upon request.
Requirements:
1. Legal background, familiar with the Chinese labor law and other related laws;
2. Fluent in both verbal and written English;
3. Has interested in HR, willing to develop in this field;
4. 2-5years of working experience;
5. Bachelor of law or above.
