Position Description

-Contact window for country sales co-coordinator and logistic Team;
-Customer order handling; including domestic and export;
-Work closely with the related department (Import&Export team/Planning/LSP/ forwarder)

to follow up customer order to ensure on time delivery;
-Shipping document preparation;
-Involving improvement projects related with logistic & sales and SAP related process

improvement;

Requirements
-University degree or above in Business, logistic or equivalent;
-Excellent English communication and written skills;
-Good team spirit;
-Ability to work and interact with all types of personalities;
-Ability to multitask and appropriately manage the priority of issues;
-Ability to work on own imitative and work in detail;
-Must be dependable and able to function in fast change environment;
-Basic supply chain management knowledge;
-Logical thinking ;
-Ability to work under high pressure.
