Responsibilities:
-Develop features for a flash project through hands on programming, optimizing and debugging
-Responsible for development work mainly with PHP/J2EE
-Write object-oriented, well-documented, optimized AS code
-Communicate with customers on project requirements, technical issues, and status

Requirement:
Expert programmer in the following areas:
- At least 6 months ActionScript programming experience;
- At least 6 months Web programming experience (PHP or Perl);
- Basic Web design skills (webpage design, graphic processing);
- OO concepts, including design pattern basics and MVC;
- Knowledge about synchronized and asynchronized programming;
- Experience about XML and XML-RPC programming.
- Strong problem solving capability
- Self-driven
