Responsibilities:
•Spare parts sales and related order processing
•Customer query handling and contract terms negotiation
•Account receivable push and follow up
•SAP monthly regional open order report check
•Related data maintenance and update
•Coordination and cooperation with service, sales and other related department
Education / Requirements:
•Knowledge in Trade, Economics, Logistics, Finance
•Bachelor Degree
•Experiences in customer service, order processing, sales support and controlling
•Strong interpersonal communication skills
•Strong team work spirit and positive attitude
•Judge / decision making abilities
•Good learning ability and analyzing skills
•Good command of spoken and written English
•Good computer skills, especially on Excel
•Trade, logistics, accounting background
•Experiences in multinational company
•SAP experience (SD module) is preferred
