工作职责

主要负责编写并执行测试用例，调试测试错误及进行随机测试；

微软测试项目负责人会根据项目需要委派明确的工作任务；

测试工程师作为项目组的成员之一，需要以专业的测试技能和高质量的测试结果及时完成工作任务。
职位要求：

有很强的分析、设计、测试技术,最好具备微软项目测试经验；

熟悉服务器端测试:有SQL Server, IIS测试经验者优先；

有一定的C#开发能力,有Web, service开发经验者优先；

工作踏实,有耐心,分析问题和实际动手能力强，善于和同事沟通，具有良好的团队合作精神；

大学本科以上学历。
Work Description:

STE will be mainly responsible for designing test cases, excuting test, debugging test failure and running ad hoc tests.

He/she will be given specific tasks by Microsoft Test Lead depending on the needs of the project assigned.

He/she is expected to be a team player with high professionalism and complete the tasks on time with highest quality results.
Qualifications:

Strong analytical, design, debugging and testing skills. Testing experiences at project of Microsoft is preferred.

Strong testing skills for Server, SQL Server/IIS testing experience is preferred.

Developing skills in C# is required, Experience with Web/ service is preferred.

Being a steady worker, self-motivated and detail-oriented is highly desired.
