POSITION TITLE: Project Finance Analyst

LOCATION: Beijing

THE COMPANY: The Company is one of the subsidiaries of a French multinational corporation with operations in Asia, Europe, Africa, Oceania, and America. It is the world leader in environmental services, 2nd largest worldwide operator in waste management sector and the only operator active across the entire spectrum of solid, liquid and hazardous waste serving both local authorities and industrial customers.

JOB PURPOSE: Financial Analysis of projects under development in mainland China which can be through Request for Proposal/Tender projects or through acquisition of identified target companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Provide guidance on financial analysis and data reconciliation to project bids and proposal, also on deal structures, partner negotiations, pricing and costs. Main focus stages are:

RPF/Tender Projects:
 Review and analysis of tender documents
 Coordination with other project team member: technical, legal, commercial...
 Financial modeling
 Bidding documents preparation
 Internal Management Approval Presentation

Acquisition Projects:
 Due Diligence analysis of target company
 Coordination with other project team members: technical, legal, commercial...
 Financial modeling and evaluation
 Internal Management Approval Presentation

 Communicate with contractors, legal, finance, technical teams to ensure business, legal, financial compliance;
 Continuously improve the bid process to ensure timely, accurate and competitive response to bid;
 Able to address immediate bid responses;
 Understand the competitive environment to allow the company to provide winning bidding proposals;
 Serve as point of escalation for Project Finance Team to solve internal problems;

QUALIFICATIONS:

 Graduate major Finance
 3-5 years experience ideally in project finance, or in financial controlling, accounting areas
 Excellent Proficiency in Excel
 English Fluency
 Willing to work in team and easy communication
