· Answer telephone calls in a polite and professional manner
· Liaise with officials at the Local and State Tax Bureaux and handle tax filings
· Maintain task tracking information on database.
· Perform typing and filing work
· Handle mail and faxes
· Undertake general administrative tasks as assigned
· Assist in Ad hoc projectsRequirements:
· Diploma holders or above with a proactive learning attitude
· Sound accounting and / or finance background
· Good typing and computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word
· Good spoken English and Chinese
· Good attention to detail
· Excellent team player
