Role:
Responsible for seeking qualified sources and vendors, suppliers management and claim management

Responsibilities:

 Sourcing for all required materials and services for variable frequency drives in China
 Assist purchasing department to identify suppliers who meet both SPEC./quality requirement and price target.
 Develop new suppliers on an ongoing basis for existing products.
 Travel to suppliers’ site to investigate facilities, capacity, and ability to meet quality, cost requirements, specifications, and lead time
 Supplier evaluation and Performance Review Periodically
 Work out purchasing strategies based on regular market survey, analysis, price benchmark, conduct frame contract negotiation to ensure a long term stable supply.
 Localization and Global Procurement Support
Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or automation
• Above 2-3 year experience in supplier sourcing and evaluation
• Proficiency in spoken and written English required.
• Computer skills required, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
