Assisting Field Staff and Windchill customers with the installation, configuration, and tuning of MCAD integration and Windchill products.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
•Minimum bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
•Native or near native Korean AND Mandarin
•Excellent communications skills
•Customer service skills
•Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide creative solutions
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in Korean and Mandarin
•Good communication skills in English (at least CET-6 or equivalent)
•Prioritization skills & self-motivated
•Ability to quickly master new products and technologies
•Recent hands-on IT experience is a requirement. Outstanding new graduates can be considered.
