Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with both domestic and international development teams on issues throughout the SDLC
2. Liaise with clients; solicit project needs and requirements
3. Translate client requirements into highly specified Use Case documents
4. Recognize and document repeated business process to turn business challenges into engineering challenges
5. Identify logical inconsistencies in project requirements documents and model workflows
6. Able to work with flexibility and adapt to change requests
7. Overseas training and working opportunities available to exceptional candidates

Requirements
1. Computer Science background with a business-desired future, Major in CS, Engineering, Information Management, or related. Preference is given to candidates with Master Degree
2. Excellent communication skills with both business and technology people
3. Exceptional command of both written and spoken English
4. Passion for learning
5. Preference is given to candidates with overseas working experience or in international cooperative teams
