Description
The HPS WW Global Delivery PDE DI Integration tools team inside HP Services is responsible for design, selection, and development of tools to be used by HPS Global Delivery regions. Inside PDE DI, Integration tools team needs additional technical/skilled resources to develop, configure and Test the HP SRA integration solution.
- Must have strong written and verbal English skills
- have understanding of End User Workplace services
Qualifications
(1) Knowledge of application isolation (and eventually streaming)
(2) Understanding of "Definitive Software Library"
(3) Familiar with tools such as Citrix Application Streaming, SoftGrid, Thinstall
(4) Understanding of approaches to functional testing
(5) familiar with regression testing techniques
(6) understanding of ITSM / ITIL
(7) MCSE or MCSS
