Job Description
Making payment requisitions: making payment requisitions for specified constant payments (AMEX)
Book-keeping: making entries for all transactions under responsibility timely and properly, ensuring punctuality of the monthly financial reports
Colleting and compiling accounting vouchers in time
Back log the exceptional report for unqualified payment request
Making expenses reconciliation such as AMEX report on monthly basis
Handling internal/external inquiry
Candidate Profile
High sense of responsibility, spirit of team work & integrity
Fluent written and conversational skills in English and Mandarin
Well familiar with MS office, especially for Excel
Junior students who will graduate next year with a bachelor degree
Relevant accounting or finance major and previous experience in corporate Finance Department preferred
Compensation
Intern salary will be offered per company policy
