Responsibility

Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices. Provides test area with parameters for sampling testing and specifies tests to be performed. Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements. Responsible for testing all customer samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.

Qualification:

BS or MS in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Automation or Materials. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Excellent problem solving skills. Familiarity with semiconductor packaging. Understanding of statistical data analysis techniques
