Position Specification:
Process Oversea orders from oversea Otis entities by checking the COD before releasing for production; Provide trade and technical support to the project biddings for oversea Otis entities; Act as the communication bridge between the factory and the clients when receiving complaints from clients; Coordinate with other departments to quote for the non-standard requests and submit the discount application; Maintain tracking system; Submit weekly report to management; Market exploitation, etc.
Basic Accountabilities:
1.Comply with Otis EH&S standards and incorporate safety in every step of daily work. Comply with corporate policies, regulations and business ethics.
2.When orders are received, check the order before releasing production. Coordinate with other departments and oversea entities to insure the possibility of production if any discrepancy occurs.
3.Give trade and technical support to the oversea entities to help them to win the project bidding.
4.Welcome the guest with factory tour and site seeing.
5.Do basic analysis after receiving complaints from clients and send it to related department for solution.
6.Coordinate with other departments, like CCE and costing center, and provide clients with non-standard quotation and discount application to enhance Otis products with more competitive advantage.
7.Promote company’s products and exploit company’s oversea market
8.Maintain contract and inquiry tracking system
9.Weekly report to management
10.Get shipping instruction from clients
