工作职责：

- 处理客户咨询、下单、投诉电话；

- 将客户要求转至各相关部门处理，在处理期间与客户保持联系以便使其了解相关事宜；

- 跟进问题已解决的客户征集回馈信息等

职责要求

- 大专或以上学历；

- 即便与有心刁难的客户沟通时也要保持耐心，态度和善

- 良好的商业意识和沟通技巧；

- 具备一定英语书面及口语能力者优先考虑

Job Description

- To tackle with the customer calls for inquiry, order and complaint;

- To transfer the demand of the customers who call in to the relevant department in time and keep in touch with the customers in the course of problem solving;

- To follow up the customers whose problems have been solved previously for feedback;

Requirement

- College degree or above;

- Patient and kind even tackling with the tough customers;

- Good commercial sense and communication skills;

- Written and spoken English is preferred.
