Key responsibilities / 主 要 职 责:
Ensure General Secretary work (trip planning & organization, call reception, agenda management, filling, …)
Participate weekly sales planning meeting Update ASHP allocation table
Handle ASHP ORF Internet survey on customers/producers to increase intelligence of products. Collection of import and export statistics.
Coordinate sales with Arkema Asian Offices (Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam..)
Coordinate efficient information flow between ASHP and sales teams.
Function as DOD Asia information source/coordinator with Paris when needed.
Participate in the organization of seminars, exhibitions etc for DOD Asia products.
Master DOA Asia Lotus Notes Team room
Requirements / 资 历 要 求 :
Language: English essential to communicate with regional sales offices.
Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, E-mail, Lotus notes and Internet information search Proactive and willing to propose simple solution
