职位描述
-Responsible for managing the process of new product design, prototyping and production preparation.
-Establish program objectives and requirements based on customer needs. Develop and maintain program plan. Report the program progress to the management.
-Coordinate the resource to meet the program milestone, and become the primary liaison with the customer and the project team.
-Establish the program budget, and responsible in controlling the program
-related expense within the budget.
-Manage the functional team members assigned to the project, and participate the performance review on the team members.Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in technical / engineering field.
-Must be proactive and flexible in coordinating inter
-departmental activities.
-Familiar with APQP process and PPAP requirements.
-Understand QS
9000 / ISO 14001 / TS16

9 Quality System.
-Experience in dealing automotive OEM customers, supplier quality, or product engineering is a plus.
