岗位职责

Key responsibilities The Research Associate is responsible for learning the following elements in order to develop as a member of Client Service: acting as liaison between the Client and MB on project-related issues with supervision, ensuring that their needs are being met day to day involvement with projects for his/her clients, including o drafting proposals, o questionnaire design, o liaison with Project Management o data analysis o interpretation and development of recommendations o preparation of presentations of findings, liaison with CSS attending presentations with senior account team members. Gaining an understanding of individual job costs and monitoring job costs throughout a project, under supervision completing necessary database forms ensuring that they adhere to all procedures and policies in their team or office providing support to senior team members as required
