协议栈开发、测试工程师（若干人）

Requirement:

1. 通信、计算机或相关专业本科以上学历；

2. 具有3年以上软件设计、开发和测试经验，精通C/C++语言；

3. 熟悉TD-SCDMA/WCDMA/GSM协议栈和3GPP标准，有TD-SCDMA相关开发或测试经验者优先；

4. 具有较强的协调、沟通能力，良好的团队精神；

5. 具有较强的英语读、写能力。

Responsibility

1. 协议栈软件、物理层及平台的系统集成与测试；

2. 与系统厂商对接测试及外场测试支持；

3. 手机双模系统的集成与测试；

4. 测试终端产品研发。

物理层开发、测试工程师（若干人）

Requirement:

1. 通信、电子信息工程、计算机或相关专业本科以上学历；

2. 具有3年以上数字基带设计、开发和测试经验，精通C/C++/汇编语言；

3. 熟悉各种通信调制编码技术，熟悉物理层过程，熟悉JTAG仿真器，示波器，逻辑分析仪及其他针对嵌入式系统的调试排错工具，有TD-SCDMA相关经验者优先;

4. 具有较强的协调、沟通能力，良好的团队精神；

5. 具有较强的英语读、写能力。

Responsibility

1. TDSCDMA物理层的集成及测试；

2. TDSCDMA物理层性能优化。

平台开发、测试工程师（若干人）

Requirement:

1. 通信、计算机或相关专业本科以上学历；

2. 具有3年以上嵌入式系统开发和测试经验；

3. 熟悉ARM/OMAP/底层驱动和常用外围接口，如USB、LAN、JTAG、MMC、Bluetooth、PCMCIA、Memory Stick、UART、SSI、SDRAM、FLASH 等；

4. 具有较强的协调、沟通能力，良好的团队精神；

5. 具有较强的英语读、写能力。

Responsibility

1. 系统测试；TCG测试，TDSCDMA入网测试；

2. 问题跟踪，协助定位解决；

3. 测试终端产品研发。

3G DSP 软件工程师

Requirement:

1. 本科相关专业，工作经验3年或研究生相关工作经验1年以上；

2. 熟悉无线通信的基本原理，有算法设计经验优先；

3. 熟悉DSP的基本原理，具有DSP的开发经验，有C或者汇编编程经验；

4. 熟悉如下移动通信物理层技术之一：GSM/GPRS, CDMA, TD-SCDMA,WCDMA, PHS，WIMAX；

5. 有良好的沟通能力，团队协作和敬业精神

Responsibility

1. TD-SCDMA DSP软件开发、集成、调试和测试 ；

2. TD-SCDMA 基带芯片的验证，问题定位；

3. TD-SCDMA系统级算法验证，性能的优化；

4. 物理层软件的集成，外场测试。

3G物理层软件工程师

Requirement:

1. 本科专业相关工作经验3年或研究生相关工作经验1年；

2. 具有嵌入式软件开发的经验，有较多的C或者汇编编程经验；

3. 熟悉如下移动通信技术之一(物理层调度或者协议栈空口流程)：GSM/GPRS, CDMA, TD-SCDMA,WCDMA, PHS;

4. 有良好的沟通能力，团队协作和敬业精神。

Responsibility

1. TD-SCDMA物理层软件的开发，调试和测试；

2. TD-SCDMA系统集成；

3. 定位和解决TD-SCDMA集成，测试，外场测试过程中出现的问题。

高级驱动工程师

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above; 　 　 　 　

2. 3-4 years experience on embedded firmware design, hardware development on GSM/CDMA mobile device experience is a plus;

3. Experience in RTOS (Nucleus)is preferred;

4. Solid knowledge in MCU/DSP and mobile device architecture;

5. Good skills in C/Assembly language programming;

6. Good command of English; 　

7. Project Management Experience is preferred.

Responsibility

1. hardware architecture and firmware system design;

2. High Level Design; 　 　 　

3. Design review and source code review; 　

4. Hardware and software integration; 　

5. Develop bootloader for embedded devices;

6. 　Port or use RTOS to hardware platforms.

通信协议工程师

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or higher in the related field

2. Minimum 2 years experience in communication software programming and testing

3. Have GSM/GPRS/WCDMA/TD-SCDMA background knowledge

4. RTOS development experience is a plus

5. Commercial mobile development experience is a plus

Responsibility

1. TD-SCDMA protocol stack (L2,L3 ACI) software development and test

高级硬件工程师

Requirement:

1. Bachelor or above; 　 　 　 　

2. 3-4 years experience on hardware development on GSM/CDMA mobile device experience;

3. Experience in FTA and EMI/EMC/audio certification of GSM/CDMA mobile phone is preferred;

4. Solid knowledge in MCU/DSP and mobile device architecture;

5. Project Management Experience is preferred;

6. Good command of English. 　 　 　 　

Responsibility

1. Hardware architecture and mobile reference design;

2. Circuit design and direction for PCB layout;

3. Circuit debug and testing; 　 　

4. Technical support for internal/external customers.

算法工程师

Responsibility

1. 负责LCR-TDD系统物理层终端

2. 算法的研究开发工作，算法的设计能更优化的使用到最终产品；

3. 对现场测试的问题快速反应，找到问题，并对算法做相应的改良；

4. 跟踪3G，B3G最新相关技术，为公司的长期发展积累更多的知识产权。

Requirement:

1. 应届无线通信博士生；

2. 无线通信专业毕业，精通无线通信和信号处理理论；

3. 在校期间3G的研究或者产品开发经验；

4. 熟悉3G的无线系统的物理层；

5. 熟练掌握Matlab,C语言；

6. 具有良好的专业英语读写能力；

7. 有LCR-TDD物理层工作经验优先；

8. 在3G/B3G领域发表过学术论文或专利发明者优先

高级ASIC工程师

Requirement:

1. 1-2 years up IC/SoC design experience;

2. Major in wireless communication or 1-2 years up wireless work experience;

3. Understand IC front-end / back-end and flow basic knowledge;

4. Easy to understand TD baseband system.

Responsibility

1. Understanding SOC platform;

2. Understanding Application System ;

3. Interface bandwidth analysis and creation;

4. Bus structure and bandwidth analysis;

5. Value added module creation;

6. Verification plan;

7. Chip creation flow;

8. HW/SW co-simulation;

9. Test patterns creation;

Verification Engineer

Requirement:

1. MSEE ASIC/FPGA design/verification with above 1 year work experience, or EE bachelor ASIC/FPGA design/verification with above 2 years work experience;

2. Familiar with EDA tool;

3. Familiar with VHDL / Verilog language;

4. Have wireless communication experience

Responsibility:

1. Make a scheme of FPGA prototype verification;

2. Understanding Application System;

3. Chip system understanding;

Logic Engineer

Requirement:

1. EE Master plus one year experience of IC design
