Job description
? Discuss and confirm the requirements from key stakeholders and architect
? Study, review and contribute to the system design of overall system and components
? Compose detail design of components, review the design with stakeholders and get approval from architect
? Implement component features, including code, unit test, and integration
? Fix defects reported from test team
? Document design and implementation details

Desired experience
Technical skills
? Proficient in J2SE &J2EE programming
? Familiar with software development process and methodology
? Familiar with ISMP is a plus
? Familiar with Eclipse plugin development is a plus
? The knowledge on IBM systems and software products is a plus

Other requirements
? Quick learning and strong problem analyzing skills
? Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
? Excellent team player, and the ability to work closely with the team is a must
