职位描述
Assure follow up and coordination between Industry and Market / Lab so as to achieve objectives of time & cost & conception of product for each launch. Including:

Main Responsibilities:
- Study technical, economical and planning feasibility upon marketing brief
- Work with marketing and technical packaging department in creation or definition step for product conception quality
- Arrange and manage compatibility test with lab: define test plan, prepare packs and follow test status
- Follow up all progress related to the launch with lab, research, factory, and supplier etc to meet the schedule
- Work closely with other departments for cost saving and localization for on-going and new projects
- Work out all indicators Quality and Activity on monthly basis

Requirements:
- University degree or above, fluent in oral and written English, French is a plus
- Working experience in foreign company can be helpful
- Good understanding of industrial organization
- Driving for results, willing to face challenge and confrontation, very logical and clear thinking
- Positive, open-mind, teamwork spirit, high coordination sense
- Good communication and presentation skills
