PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Product & Service Introduction (PSI) is an area within the Service Solution Management that enables an outside-in approach for planning and introducing all SAP solutions into the market.
Being part of that Asian Team, his/her primary mission will be
to support the upcoming Solution Ramp-Up#s in Asia. This will be based on a close cooperation with the Service & Support, development organization, and the relevant field organizations
within Asia as well as the other regional PSI organizations. In addition market and customer feedback out of the executed Ramp-Up programs have to be provided for the planning of
next solution releases. He/she supports the execution of necessary steps and
activities of the Ramp-Up process in Asia

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

We are looking for someone who:
- Feels at ease in a matrix organization
- Has an International experience and can understand how to deal with different cultures/nationalities
- Is able to coordinate activities within a virtual team for Ramp-Up Operation
- Is a team worker
- Has good presentation skills
- Excellent ability to communicate in English (written and spoken).
- SAP application / Field Services background would be an advantage
