RESPONSIBILITY:
• Replenishment Activities (blanket po# create and backlog maintenance)
• Replenishment Order BCO Errors
• FMS stockout ( Inventory Programs) FMS002
• FMS Overstocks (Inventory Programs) FMS003 (inventory control)
• Logical Inventory Audits
• Inventory Management / Utilization
• Shipment Process Management
• Early Warning Process / Analysis to account CSR
• Internal Service Program Inventory Returns (ON Semi owned Products – ITAF )
• Linedown process (need to coordinate with account CSR for linedown information)

REQUIREMENTS:
•Computer skills ( ie Microsoft Office applications, BrioQuery, Discoverer )
•Ability to multitask and effectively work in a cross functional team environment
•Understanding of 3PL service program process and general EDI standards.
•Understanding of general EDI standards and needed messages
•System knowledge and skills ( FMS, TBSA, CIA, CSSOP, WWPD, STS, COTD, SBAC)
•Good communication skills and able to speak English as all the 3PL are mostly global MNCs
•Possess good analytical / problem solving skills
•Service driven
•With planning acknowledge will be preferential
