Functional Area:Procurement / Logistics

Goals/Mission
Ensure prompt booking in SAP and provide timable and accurate information of duty / freight which will be used for Goods Receipt Group.
Tasks
1. Collect all necessary information (pre-alert) which will be used for import goods.
2. Prepare for daily Goods Receipt Group information and Compare GR accuracy among DHL and Siemens sides.
3. Coordinate with DHL Solution for process optimization and problem solving.
Education
College graduated； International Trade subject is preferred.
Knowledge/Languages
1. Good knowledge of Warehouse Goods Receipt process；
2. Some knowledge of Electrical/ Electronic products is preferable；
3. Basic knowledge of ERP system, ie SAP；
4. Good written English skills.
Experience
About 1 year large-scale warehouse working experience.
