Job description:
1.Closing file
-Closing file immediately for customs seal and paperless shipment
-Closing file once being confirmed from site operator for released shipment
-Checking data accuracy of MB, HB, manifest, piece, weight, destination, and so on
-Ensuring all attached documents put into pouch
-Recording shipment closed incompliance with required time frame
- six hours before departure time and doing proper investigation for such failure
2.Tracking and Tracing
-Calling respective carrier to verify actual uplifting comparison with booked schedule
-Recording actual flight including connecting schedule into Logis and UAT system
-Reporting irregular shipment and continuous to monitor its schedule until shipment was arrived to final destination
-Mailing irregular shipment to respective carrier for pushing earliest schedule as possible
3.Collecting loading sheet and photos
-Collecting loading sheet from MU and PACTL to ensure all required sheet has been collected completely after comparing with final shipping plan
-Recording un

-Ensuring handling over time 6 hours prior to departure time.
-Uploading collected photos into computer for sorting
-Coordinating site operators and carriers acting as control tower
