The team is one of the best engineering teams in Microsoft China. The team won the first place of 2006 Regional Engineering Excellence Award.Project Introduction:China Office team is recruiting a new team on building SharePoint Search and Enterprise Content Management integration products, such as Search Connector to popular ECM systems, and content filters to popular repositories and file formats. This is a strategic investment in China, since the compatibility and interop coverage are critical for SharePoint Search platform.Developers on this team will work closely with SharePoint Search system and Microsoft ECM system, will also extend the experience and expertise on popular ECM systems in industry, such as FileNet, Documentum, etc. We will in charge of building world class middle ware products, and serve top enterprise customers in the world.Responsibilities:
- Work together with PM and Testing to build high quality products on schedule
- Design and implement feature code in Office product codebase
- Collaborate with other feature teams in Redmond and in other countries worldwide to integrate your features into Office productsQualifications:
- A BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Solid background on data structure and algorithm design and implementation
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese are necessary.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET Framework programming is required.
- Experience in C++ and COM development is a plus
- Experience in XML and Web Service development is required
- Experience in large enterprise system (ERP, CRM, etc) is a plus.
- Experience with server
