Responsibility:
-should take charge of block implementation and verification as well as the corresponding spec definition
-should search the corresponding materials and analyze them and finally put up his schema
-should conduct the potential algorithm analysis and ultimately find the answer to the system implementation

Qualification:
-Experience with audio codec design is necessary. Moreover, the knowledge about simulation and synthesis tools is also expected. Video codec design experience is a plus;
-The candidate should be self-motivated, a good team player, and be able to work under pressure.
-A MS majored in ASIC design and simulation or related.
-Fluency in English and Mandarin required.
