Our organisation is a specialist online agency that offers total solutions for:Digital Presence (Websites, Flash sites, Mini sites, Landing pages etc)Digital Communications (Email marketing, Database marketing, CRM), DIgital AdvertisingDigital Solutions (Application Development, Critical Systems Development, Testing)We are looking for an energetic, intelligent, resourceful individual to take up the position of Office Manager with our company.Responsibilities: Receive and administer all office communications (Phone calls, mail, packages etc)Normal office duties including printing, typing, copying, sending and receiving faxes Providing support to the Chief Representative including translations, assisting with communicating with building management and other services, banking duties, purchasing of office supplies, scheduling of meetings and receptionist duties Front of office duties including meeting and greeting visitors and clientsQualifications Excellent English and Mandarin speaking capabilities, with the ability to translate documents and verbal translation to assist the Chief Representative Strong command of office software mainly Microsoft Office Reasonably good typing capabilities Previous knowledge of accounting and book keeping will be greatly appreciated The successful candidate will be very resourceful, good natured and helpful, eager to succeed and grow with the business here in China.
