Roles: Develop, manage and enhance staffing process and tools to help staffing in an efficient and effective manner.
Responsibilities:
Effective Basics.
Develop staffing policies and processes; coordinate HC budget.
Maintain up-to-date general staffing report and all related staffing communications.
Ensure policies, practices and processes are flawlessly executed and in full compliance to both local and KONE Global standard.
Help/support business unit HR on recruitment when called upon.
Change Leadership.
Be expert in managing staffing processes and keep enhancing ways to staff and staffing tools by contributing creative ideas and benchmark company practices.
Clearly communicate context and rationale for all staffing practices and help in standardizing JDs, developing channels and tools for search and selection as well as conducting analysis on recruitment effectiveness.
Strategic HR Management.
Provide value-added input to Annual Unit/Function Strategic Planning (people plan).
Build and sustain long term relationships with targeted universities and technical associations.
Develop sustainable strategy to fill and build a pool of ready talent by.
Establishing and managing an effective management trainee program
Standardizing a technical trainee program, etc.
