1.interact with single order customers (online and/or email and/or phone and fax)
2.interact with order supply mgmt companies in Florida and California to track, support, correct, fufill orders
3.Support QC effort with Langel represenative during production and before shipment
file and monitor all transacations
4.collect and request payments between Z-zoo and its customers and/or suppliers

General description of task:
1.employee will interact with customers
and Z-zoo partners in China, US and other countries.

Trips to the US may apply (10% of the time)
5. working time: Beijing time，1AM to 5AM.
