Be able to operate at the highest executive levels within our client’s key customers, such as local top tier carriers, major enterprise customers and key partners.

Be a great motivator and team builder.

Be able to build business track record, not only revenue.

Be able to drive/build business, develop the market and be productive once on board.

Must have experience within carrier or networking & communications, preferably in a senior role within a carrier.

The individual performance will be measured by the following beside revenue:

Key is the ability to build the organization, and

1. ability to hire people,

2. ability to develop new market,

3. ability to manage people.
