MissionThe IKEA sales concept is based on self

-service. These mechanical sales concepts are an important part of delivering low prices. However, people shopping for an entire kitchen or office often require extra services at some point of their buying process. The goal of the Sales Specialist is to increase sales by qualifying customers and utilizing the full scope of our planning services to help acquire the sales. The Sales Specialist is part of the sales team and reports to the ShopkeeperMain ResponsibilitiesSelling the IKEA wayEnsure that merchandise is presented according to IKEA standards and is properly labeled and signedWork with basic actions to maintain the sales area and facilitate self
-planningAdhere to inventory control proceduresEducate and keep updated on product features, services, customer selling skills, technical information and requirements and planning skills.Provide customer serviceProvide the visitors with a positive shopping experience by ensuring that customer convenience are meet or exceeded in your sales area.Assist customers in the self
