A：美资半导体公司招聘信息（待遇优厚）
1. Analog Engineer (Location: Beijing)
岗位描述：
1. 项目中模拟模块的设计开发，包括模拟电路设计、模拟电路仿真验证、数模混合仿真验证,模拟版图设计，实现芯片功能、性能要求.
2. 协助进行芯片性能测试.
岗位要求
1. 大学本科及以上学历，电子工程、微电子或相关专业；
2. 熟悉模拟电路，从事模拟IP设计或模拟IP验证工作多年（本科4年，硕士2年），对模拟电路的各种参数了如指掌，如信噪比、谐波失真等等。
3. 有设计高速adc, band-gap, clamp, pga的经验。
4. 精通HSPICE、HSIM、SPECTRE等EDA工具。
5. 系统观念强，充分理解模拟IP在系统中的作用以及系统对模拟IP的要求。
6. 熟悉PCB 的线路和版图工具更为有利。
7. 熟悉Verilog/VHDL 的知识更为有利。
8. 熟悉测试仪器，示波器，逻辑分析仪等。
2. IC数字后端工程师
1、使用自动布局布线工具三年以上经验
2、熟练使用SOCEncounter
3、有独立完成500万门以上设计的工作经验
4、有0.13um及以下工艺设计的经验
3. 流媒体软件工程师
任职要求：
1、精通P2P技术；
2、有流媒体及P2P工具开发经验优先；

1. Chief Administration Officer
Job Scope
1. Establish HR, General Affair, and Facility Mission and objectives to collocate companys Mission, Vision, and Culture.
2. Proactive planning and execution in HR, GA, and Facility function.
3. Administrate all facets of asset, equipment or affairs in GA function.
4. Coordinate the group relevant administrative matters with each constituent corporation, and establish common goals and rules.
5. Provide local employees advice on policy and process and re-launch the use of the internet site. The aim of this position is to become the central point of contact on all HR policies and processes.
6. Develop performance management system to align compensation and awards.

Job Scope:
1. Plan, execute, and optimize production requirements with high yield, high efficiency, low cost, low cycle-time.
2. Lead continuous process improvement.
3. Maintain manufacturing disciplines.
4. Coordinate process integration, machine and PMC teams with focus on product.
5. Manage a plant which is Hi-Tech., Hi-precision, Hi-Yield in a clean room environment to operate 24 hours/day and 7days/week.
6. According to forecast planning, productive planning to fine-tune production line for customer.
7. Establish an information based knowledge management organization.
8. Optimize the utilization ratio.
Qualification:
1. A minimum of 10 years experience in Touch Panel, Optical, LCD, High Tech., Photo-Etching, Glass fabrication and Electronics industry with a minimum of 6 years in production management.
2. Good command of English and Chinese communication skills.
3. Class 100~1K clean room experience is a plus.
4. Continuous operation of 24hours/day, 7days/week mass production or EMS experience is preferred.
5. Solid accountability and execution style is preferred.
6. Bachelor or Master degree with major in EE, ME, IE, or related competency.
7. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in defining and executing on complicated tasks.
