Job Description:
 The bank log of Beijing station everyday.
 Handle daily cash receipt functions.
 Handle daily cash receipts, lockbox and incoming wires.
 Reconcile lockbox reports.
 Review the expense payment applications for N. China stations.
 Prepare checks for N. China stations.
 Filing bank statement for N. China stations.
 Check the expense reimbursement report for the staff of N. China stations.
 Make the bank reimbursement application for Beijing Station.
 Other duties as assigned.

Special skills/knowledge:

Detail-oriented and self-initiative

Qualification:

 College degree or above, majored in accounting or related fields and last one year experience.
 Proficient in MS, especially Excel
