Job description:Adjustment of social insurance data/ scheme according to governmental relevant laws and policies on yearly basisAssistance in management of employees C&B system and policies, e.g.Making proposal of annual salary reviewExecute Monthly payrollHR IT
-systemProvide C&B info support to HR colleaguesCalculate and submit monthly income taxConduct company C&B surveys with benchmark companiesPropose new C&B policy in accordance with the marketInvolved in staff orientation program by disseminating information regarding their compensation, benefits, allowances etc.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor degree in business related areas, preferable in HRWell
-experienced in C&B function, good knowledge and experiences in other fields of Human Resources ManagementExcellent in English and computer skills, particularly in Access and ExcelWell versed in Chinese labor lawAbsolutely trustful and loyalty; team spirit and social competence, good organizational and communication abilityProblem solving, hard working, self
