Internship Offer

Rexel is the world leader of distribution of electrical supplies, with 1900 branches and 25000 employees across 28 countries for an annual turnover of 12 billion US$. Rexel currently operates three Joint Venture Companies in Beijing, Shanghai and Hangzhou. Rexel is actively looking for development in China, through fast organic growth as well as acquisition opportunities across China.

Internship duration:
2 to 3 months starting from July 2007 or later in 2007, according to availability of good candidate.

Internship scope:
Identification of strategic investment opportunities in China, in the electrical supplies distribution sector.
The intern will conduct research in order to identify investment opportunities, according to several strategic drivers such as product and brand offer, geographical reach, key financials, etc...
He/she will be responsible for the data collection, analysis and presentation.

Candidate profile:
The candidate should be in his/her final year of education in business administration, economics, finance or related. MBA preferred.

Written fluency in English is a plus.

Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Energetic and fast learning.

Able to work independently, well organized, hard worker and flexible.

Good written presentation skills, including sense of rigor, consistency and precision.

Internship subsidy: RMB100/day
