Network IPS Security ArchitectAs IPS Security Architect, you will be responsible for research, development, analysis, and specification of new intrusion and malware detection capabilities for Nevis’ LANenforcer and LANsight product offerings. You will be working closely with our world class architecture team to:*Develop and own new architecture specifications for identifying, reporting, and blocking all kinds of malicious activity *Analyze and determine behavior of malicious software as it emerges *Provide technical direction to, and work closely with, engineering development teams to assure that implementations realize with your architecture specifications. Requirements:*BS in Computer Science or equivalent discipline *Knowledge and experience in detecting and analyzing malware, such as worms, bots, trojans, RATs, backdoors, and also “greyware” *General understanding of layer 2/3 network security mechanisms and their use in LANs, such as user authentication, NAC, port security, firewall, VPN, IDP, anomaly detection, and security event management. *10+ years experience in networking security product architecture and/or development, familiarity with the phases of the product life cycle *Hands-on development experience, including C/C++ programming skills *Strong English communications skills Desirable:*Knowledge of, and, ideally, experience with network malware detection products *Familiar with techniques and methods used to harden applications by isolating and eliminating security vulnerabilities *Knowledge of enterprise application protocols *Past participation in security or networking standards activities *MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science with 8+ years experience 2. Security Research EngineerWe are looking for Security Research Engineer who understands network threats, Windows and Linux kernel and applications to perform the following duties: *Vulnerability research & develop signatures to detect them, using Windows and Linux OS (operating systems), intrusion detection/prevention techniques, protocols (incl. TCP, UDP, HTTP, & RPC), and C & Assembly languages. *Design, develop, & maintain software to manage signatures, using Java, C#, perl, & PHP languages. *Perform false positive/negative tests & provide customer support. Requirements: *MS or equivalent foreign degree in Computer Science or Information Systems. *Experience in detecting and analyzing vulnerabilities, malware, such as worms, bots, trojans, RATs, backdoors, and also “greyware” *Hands-on development experience, including C/C++/C#, Assembly, Java, Perl, PHP programming languages. *Strong English communications skills 3.WebmasterResponsible for all aspects of development and maintenance of corporate website. Must have hands-on experience creating new web pages and dynamic content. Will work closely as part of the marketing team to ensure consistency of messages and overall look and feel.*Updating content, reviewing, and modifying corporate website content based on input from marketing*Designing new web pages and adding approved content*Creation of static and dynamic web page content, including graphics*Content navigation analysis: assessment, link analysis, and comprehensive web site traffic and performance analysis via browser-based web reporting*Diagnose system failure to isolate the source of problems between equipment, network, system software, and application programs*Creation of html pages for marketing to use for various promotional campaigns (email blasts, web landing pages, etc.)Requirements:*Familiarity with and experience using the following: Linux, Apache, PHP, Perl, Javascript, DHTML, MySQL, HTML, basic image editing, Macromedia Flash *BS Computer Science, Information Systems or other related technical discipline *Minimum of 2 years experience in maintaining Internet/Intranet web servers, and designing web pages *Desirable to have graphic design experience for creation of web graphics *Self-directed, team oriented individual 4.Junior Software EngineerDuties:*Internal products and infrastructure development Minimum Requirements:*BA/BS in engineering, computer science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education or experience*Strong analytical sense and problem solving skills *Good programming language skillsRequired Skills:*Knowledge of software development practices and methodologies*Programming experiences in Windows and Unix system(C/Java)Desired Skills:*Good network knowledge and experience, especially in Internet protocols*Programming skills with multiple languages (Shell/PHP/Perl/Python preferred)5.Junior Network Security EngineerDuties:*Assist to analyze incident, vulnerability, and malicious code*Assist to conduct testing in security product and researchMinimum Requirements:*BA/BS in engineering, computer science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education or experience*Strong analytical sense and problem solving skill*Strong interests in network security fieldRequired Skills:*Testing experience on Windows and UNIX platforms (Including administration of Windows and UNIX systems, and setup of server and client software)*Familiar with network protocol(TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, SMTP, FTP, Telnet, etc)Desired Skills*Knowledge of computer systems and Internet security issues*Familiar with network traffic generation tools, traffic capture tools, and system monitoring tools*Familiar with network security products, such as firewalls, IDS/IPSWe are looking for energetic, positive people to be part of our Nevis China team.
