Position: Account Manager - C&CE

LOCATION: Beijing
DEPARTMENT: Marketing
REPORTS TO (Position): Marketing Manager – C&CE

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Briefly state the overall purpose of the job, highlighting the function or duties for which the position is responsible and why the position exists.
This position is responsible for setting up and implementing the detailed marketing activities according to marketing plan, collecting and reporting required marketing information, managing dealership based on business needs.
The position exists to ensure that departmental marketing strategies are implemented and sales targets are hit.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Establish yearly, monthly C&CE sales plan and annual work plan according to department marketing plan and budget
* Implement and audit the planned C&CE marketing activities to ensure the effectiveness.
* Cultivate, develop & manage dealer to enhance dealer performance & loyalty and increase market share
* Collect and report C&CE market information timely, and give improvement suggestion
* Organize and provide training to dealers on “selling points” and to end users on C&CE product knowledge
* Coordinate with other department to implement process and quality improvements in C&CE business segment
* Improve customer satisfaction
* Manage cost according to budget
* Other duties as directed

SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB
Technical
(Doing skills - job related knowledge, policies, procedures, techniques.)
* Good C&CE or relative marketplace and product knowledge
Business
(Understand of business concepts, knowledge of the organization,
profitability.)
* Understand and be able to implement marketing plan and collect
market information
* Good knowledge of Import business operation
* Good English and Mandarin language skills
* Good computing skills particularly in the Microsoft Office suite of
packages
Human Relations
(People skills in servicing, influencing, developing and leading others.)
* Ability to communicate and work with internal and external business
partner
* Own confidence to influence dealers and end users as well
* Good presentation skills

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Educational
4-year college, engineering degree or business administration,
Other
Minimum 5 years working experience in industrial industry
Minimum 2 years working experience in marketing/sales
Working experience in multi-national company is preferred
