职位描述
1、主要职责进行有关兼并，收购，海外上市和融资项目相关信息的整理、加工、分析；访谈客户、合作伙伴、作访谈记录；参与有关项目的辅助性工作；协助已投资项目的项目跟踪，管理；建立及维护潜在目标项目的数据库；协助项目经理工作。
2、任职要求具备英语6级以上水平金融、财务、投资、经济或相关专业本科及以上学历；有国外学历及工作经验者优先，接受外籍应聘者熟练使用计算机及各种办公室自动化软件良好的人际沟通能力，具有团队合作精神适应高强度工作，能够经常出差具有一定的组织、管理、协调能力逻辑分析能力、数理概念强Major resposibilities:
-Collect and process project information; analyze financial data, make financial forecasts and identify business opportunities;
-Visit clients, business partners, make meeting minutes;
-Assistant work in project team;
-Assist in monitoring and managing invested projects;
-Set up and maintain database for potential projects;
-Assist line manager on general basisRequirements:
-BA or above in finance, financial accounting, investment, economics or related discipline;
-Overseas education and professional experience preferrable; Foreign passport holder acceptable;
-Excellent spoken and written English, fluency in Chinese;
-Good computer skills and familiar with office equipments and software;
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, active team player;
-Ability to work independently, intensively and travel frequently;
-Strong capability in numerical skills and quantitative study and analysis. 公司简要介绍：
