-Air and Air Operation Process and KnowledgeSpecific ResponsibilitiesFull understanding of the daily cooperation and best communication with IEL team based on part of the IEL clients.Make sure of the daily booking checking and clarification process more smoothly.To maintain and improve in how to speak to external parties and internal parties,establish a very reliable basement of communication.Take full responsibility and keep higher level of the data quality inputting to system and delivering to clients and overseas office.Proactive and Positive to cooperate with Air Ops Team on daily booking process and booking pre order job.Take initiatives to reduce cost or increase income streams.Take full preparation for the Air Funnel System rolling out project in 2nd quarter 2007Be capable to meet supervisor or managers request on weekly report,monthly report and some working process evaluation or analyzeBest experience of dealing with overseas global office on daily working communication in more efficient wayRequirementsCustomer
