Position Requirements:
1)Bachelor’s degree, major in math, finance, accounting, or economics
2)Able to interview in English (verbal skill) and provide English writing sample
3)Strong attention to detail
4)Ability to work quickly and accurately
5)Knowledge and hands
-on experience with the following applications: MS Excel, PowerPoint, Access (Database (SQL) skills a plus) and Internet Explorer
6)Compensation analysis experiences a plus.Sample Responsibilities:
1)Participate in salary surveys
2)Identify and input compensation data;
3)Assist in performing compensation analysis
