KEYRESPONSIBILITESManagement Skill: Assign the tasks to project team SW members; Own and Lead the all software engineering activity in this projectLead this SW project team to work out qualification plan and conduct design review at each key milestoneMake up the internal schedule according to PM’s scheduleCollect ,arrange and release the test reports, issue list… at the each stageCollect and release ECO at the each stageTake the responsibility to solve the resource issue with managers.Release the internal review meeting minutesEvaluate the team member’s capability to PM and managersOrganize the experienced engineers to solve the block issue with each function teamREQUIREMENTSKILLS&ABILITIESSummarizeHandle the SW architecture designLead SW engineers to make design and follow SW process to have good quality codingUnderstand the project flow very clearly, especially for software flowBe familiar with agile system Be familiar with the office tools such as project, excel, powerpointCoordinate other SPLs and managers on projects HR management.
