职位描述
-This position supports the chemical, power and industrial business within the Pacific Rim
-The jobholder should be responsible for providing a solution to customer after analysis their requirements. then they should provide an accurate prime cost estimate according to the solution. They will also assist Sales as required to produce the customer quotation in line with relevant guidelines, including obtaining necessary approvals from senior management.
-The job holder is responsible for assisting in developing commercially competitive solutions using the product range which best meets customer requirements. This includes assisting the Sales function in offering the correct specification at the right price to meet the customer’s expectation.
-The job holder should make suitable project plan and implement the project according to the plan.
-The job holder will feedback task problems to Management and solve the problems . by adequate and timely communication with relevant data source that may be either, the directing supervisor or company standards or instructions.
-The job holder will make decisions on design content referring to company standards as required. It will be better to get approval from technical center.
-The job holder will manage the whole team to ensure feasibility and suitability for manufacture of customer’s orders.
-The jobholder will be required to provide after sales support, i.e. for troubleshooting and working with service on commissioning.responsibility:
-Minimum qualification:degree level in a relevant engineering discipline.
-Good understanding and knowledge of vacuum processing technology and of vacuum applications in the chemical and power sectors.
-Able to absorb and apply information to the product design or its
-application.
-Commercial experience including the interpretation of customer specifications, preparation of estimates and quotations with the understanding of contractual terms and conditions.
-Cost control ability
-Ability to motivate a team
-Sensitivity to customers’ needs with a customer support oriented aptitude
-Possess working knowledge of the section’s applicable products, technology, standards and methods.Computer literate with a working knowledge of computerised material and manufacturing system.
-Numerate, accurate and have the ability to communicate effectively and work and perform within a team environment.
