Job description:Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) for After
-SalesTo collect information from the MB After
-Sales network for the execution of the survey.Liaise with research agency to implement changes in research methodology or reports.Conduce agency searching and coordinate in the preparation of contracts with research agencyTo monitor the progress of the survey conducted by external research agency.To prepare report for both management and dealer levels which includes the survey findings, trend analysis and areas of improvement.To liaise with relevant parties for the follow
-up action.Mystery Shopping for After SalesTo assist in concept development for the mystery shopping.To identify potential service provider for conducting the project. Liaise with service provider to implement the project. Coordinate in the preparation of contracts with research agency. To monitor the progress of the survey conducted by external research agency.To prepare report for both management and dealer levels which includes the survey findings, trend analysis and areas of improvement.To liaise with relevant parties for the follow
