职责：Responsibility:

1.根据销售部门的发货清单，准备装箱单；To prepare the packing list based on the delivery note from sales dept.
2.当现有库存低于安全库存时，及时通知销售、采购、生产计划等相关部门；To formally inform sales, purchasing, planner…when the stock qty is below the safety point.
3.根据产品和发货地点不同，及时书面通知销售及相关部门，关于装箱的有关数据。To formally provide the package data on time regarding the delivery requirement.
4.完成上级委派或要求完成的其他任务。To finish other task assigned by the leader.

要求：Requirement:

1.大专学历； College degree.
2.英文能力良好；Good English skill.
3.熟练使用办公软件（Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access）；Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access). careful
4.开朗灵活，仔细，思路清楚；Open, flexible, careful and clear thinking.
5.工作认真，学习接受能力快，有责任感；Hard working, fast learner, high sense of responsible.
