1.Overall analysis on the wireless network evolution to B3G/4G (mainly on radio access network), e.g., distributed radio, cooperated radio, etc.
2.Develop system level picture on future wireless network
3.Internal cooperation with R&I/Bell Lab on key tech. component
4.External cooperation with partner on potential topics

Requirements:

1.Ph.D majored in wireless communications
2.Familiar with main standards, e.g., 3GPP, 3GPP2, IEEE
3.Self-motivated and team work
